What are datacentre operations and smart hands?
We provide on-site operational support inside mission-critical datacentres. This includes racking, cabling, hardware tasks (drive, RAM, PSU replacement), troubleshooting, asset audits and emergency response. Work is performed under MOP, SOP and Change Management with peer verification for risk activities.
What are your dispatch SLAs for datacentre emergencies?
We offer tiered dispatch SLAs: 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes depending on your agreement. Our 24x7 smart hands and NOC teams can respond to urgent incidents at your facility.
Do you support hyperscale or enterprise datacentres?
Yes. We work with hyperscale cloud providers, enterprises, ports, hospitals, universities and financial services. Our teams operate under controlled procedures with traceable, auditable workflows.
What certifications do you hold?
Solara is CIDB G7 certified, MoF registered, and holds ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) and ISO 27001 (Information Security). We are also Commscope certified, NACSA registered (NOC and pentesting) and HRDCorp registered.
What is your 24/7 NOC/SOC offering?
We provide 24/7 network and security operations centre monitoring, including MDR (Managed Detection and Response), threat hunting and incident response. Our NOC also covers network operations, OSP and fibre maintenance.
